- All transfer fees are covered by the sender
- Your order/invoice number is referenced clearly
Note: Orders are processed once full payment is received.

We accept PayPal payments for quick and secure checkout.
You may use your PayPal balance or linked credit/debit card.
2. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise agreed. International buyers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion or foreign exchange fees.
3. Payment Terms (for B2B / Account Customers)
For approved business accounts or repeat customers, we may offer:
- Net 7 / 15 / 30-day terms, subject to credit approval
- Payment via wire transfer or company cheque (for select regions)

4. Tax & Invoicing
- All orders include a commercial invoice
- VAT is not charged for international B2B exports (outside the seller’s tax region), but may be applicable locally upon import
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes imposed by destination country
5. Secure Payment Guarantee
We use SSL encryption and comply with industry security standards to protect your payment and data. RoboSpares does not store full card information on our servers.
