1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective

A return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery

The item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging

The return is authorized in advance by our support team
Note: Custom-manufactured items, electronic control components, and software-licensed parts are non-returnable, unless proven to be defective upon receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email sales@robospares.com with the following:

Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

For items confirmed as defective or incorrectly shipped, RoboSpares will cover return shipping costs or arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

For all other approved returns (e.g., customer ordering error), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated import/export fees.
4. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns, depending on the item’s condition and category. This helps cover inspection, testing, and repackaging costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
